This policy explains what personal data SOL JACK ("we", "us") collects when you use the casino at soljack-production.up.railway.app, why we collect it and how you can contact us.

What we collect

• Account data: your account ID, display name and optional profile picture.
• Sign-in data, depending on the method you choose:
  • Username and password: your username and a salted hash of your password. We never store the password itself.
  • Google: your Google account ID, e-mail address and first name, as provided by Google when you sign in.
  • Passkey: the public key of your passkey. The private key never leaves your device.
  • Wallet: your public wallet address.
• Game and balance data: your chip balance, bets, results and game history, which we need to run the games and keep fair, verifiable records.
• Payments: deposit addresses assigned to your account, and the addresses and amounts of your deposits and withdrawals.
• Chat: messages you post in the public player chat.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic request information, used to protect the service (rate limits, abuse prevention) and to keep it secure.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To run the games, keep your balance and history, and process deposits and withdrawals.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

When you sign in with Google, we only request your basic profile (account ID, e-mail address and name). We use it solely to identify your SOL JACK account. We do not access any other Google data, and we do not share Google user data with third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host and run the casino (for example our hosting provider), and only as needed to operate it. Your display name, profile picture, bets and chat messages may be visible to other players. Public blockchain transactions are visible to anyone by nature.

Storage and retention

We keep account, game and payment records for as long as your account exists and as long as required for security, accounting and legal reasons. Technical logs are kept for a limited time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. Some records (for example completed payments) may need to be kept where the law requires it. You can remove a sign-in method or your profile picture in your account settings at any time.

Age

SOL JACK is only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
